Tredsox....marriage is a right not granted by the Constitution, but by our humanity. The Constitution recognizes this through and through and it is beyond any honest debate that our rights are protected by the liberty of the Constitution.

The Supreme Court has ruled that marriage is so fundamental a right, that prisoners cannot be denied that right despite the fact that lifetime prisoners cannot procreate, raise children and do the other things that right wing lunatics say is core to marriage.
